Netsa is operated from Belgium. When you use our website or book a walkthrough, we are the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at hello@netsa.io.
What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. Here is what we may process:
- Booking data — When you book a walkthrough via Cal.com, we receive your name and email address. This is processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
- Simulation data — When candidates complete a simulation, we process their responses, behavioral signals, and AI usage patterns. This data is used to generate evaluation reports and personalized feedback.
- Basic analytics — We may use privacy-friendly analytics (no cookies, no personal tracking) to understand how visitors use our website.
Why we process it
- To schedule and conduct walkthroughs (legitimate interest)
- To run simulations and generate candidate evaluations (contract performance)
- To provide personalized feedback to candidates (contract performance)
- To improve our product and service (legitimate interest)
Where your data is stored
All data is hosted within the European Union. We use EU-based infrastructure providers. We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA.
AI and automated decisions
Netsa uses AI to structure and interpret candidate responses during simulations. The evaluation follows fixed product logic and predefined rubrics. AI does not make hiring decisions. All outputs are intended as decision support for recruiters, not as automated decisions with legal effect.
How long we keep it
- Booking data: deleted 6 months after the conversation
- Simulation data: retained for the duration of the recruitment process, then anonymized or deleted within 12 months
- Candidate feedback: available to candidates for 6 months after the simulation
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Request data portability
- Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD)
